WARRANTY INFORMATION
Inspect your order for damages and shortages. Report damage or shortages by telephone or by writing us within 5 days. For your protection please do both. We warrant to deliver plants true to name as stated in our catalog. Upon proof, if your nursery stock should not be true to name, a replacement of the proper plants or substitutes at equal value will be made. It is agreed between the purchaser and Strathmeyer Forests, Inc. that our liability does not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
