TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Quantities are subject to availability at time of shipment.
- Cash, certified check or credit card may be required.
- All prices are FOB Dover, PA loading yard unless otherwise noted.
- Prices quoted DO NOT include shipping charges. These charges will be assumed by the customer. A fuel surcharge will be added when warranted.
- Transportation of your order can be arranged by Strathmeyer Forests, Inc.
- There will be a drop charge of approximately $75.
- All customers are asked to have adequate help at the time of delivery. Excess time will be charged at approximately $75 an hour.
- Delays in shipping caused by a consigned trucking company cannot be the responsibility of Strathmeyer Forests, Inc. These matters must be dealt with directly.
- All claims must be made to Strathmeyer Forests, Inc. within five (5) days of receiving the order. Send pictures to support claim. Our liability does not exceed the purchase price.
