TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Quantities are subject to availability at time of shipment.
2. Cash, certified check or credit card may be required.
3. All prices are FOB Dover, PA loading yard unless otherwise noted.
4. Prices quoted DO NOT include shipping charges. These charges will be assumed by the customer. A fuel surcharge will be added when warranted.
5. Transportation of your order can be arranged by Strathmeyer Forests, Inc.
6. There will be a drop charge of approximately $75.
7. All customers are asked to have adequate help at the time of delivery. Excess time will be charged at approximately $75 an hour.
8. Delays in shipping caused by a consigned trucking company cannot be the responsibility of Strathmeyer Forests, Inc. These matters must be dealt with directly.
9. All claims must be made to Strathmeyer Forests, Inc. within five (5) days of receiving the order. Send pictures to support claim. Our liability does not exceed the purchase price.
