PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Pricing

All prices are freight-on-board Dover, Pennsylvania, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Deposits

• Orders of $100 or less require full payment.
• Orders greater than $100 require a 25% deposit.
• An order without a deposit is considered void.

Payments

• Bare Root Stock -
  Full payment is required 10 days before shipping date unless credit has been established.
• Balled & Burlapped Trees -
  All orders are pre-pay until proper credit has been established. First order must be paid in full before delivery.

Credit approval may take up to 8 weeks. A 1.5% per month service charge (Annual Percentage Rate - 18%) will be assessed against past due balances. A $25.00 service fee is charged when a check is returned (N.S.F.)

Cancellations

Cancellations are subject to a 10% charge. Deadlines for cancellations: Spring, March 1; Fall, September 1. We reserve the right to cancel orders if necessitated by conditions or Acts of God beyond our control.
