BALLED & BURLAPPED IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please read this important information about ordering Strathmeyer Balled and Burlapped, including approximate quantity per trailer, balls and pounds per size, and special balled and burlapped Terms and Conditions.

Balled and Burlapped Terms and Conditions

• All prices are subject to change. 
• Prices: FOB, Dover, PA loading yard unless otherwise noted.
• Required: Tax Exemption Certficate must be completed and returned to Strathmeyer Forests, Inc.
• Quantities: Minimum order: five of one kind and size. Quantities are subject to availability at time of digging.  
• Deposit: 25% deposit due when ordering. Balance due prior to shipping or upon pick-up.
• Warning: Deadlines for cancellation: Spring, April 20. Fall, October 20.

• All trees are dug to AAN Specifications. 
• Summer digging will require a signed disclaimer. (Summer digging months - June, July, August)
• Watering Charge - Add 10%.
• Minimum delivery charge $350.

All stock has been inspected and certified Gypsy Moth free. Some stock will also be inspected and certified for Japanese Beetle.

GOVERNMENT INSPECTION OF STOCK

Our stock has been inspected for shipment anywhere in the United States. However, shipments of the following items are restricted by individual state quarantines:

Pines: California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, British Columbia
Hemlocks: Maine, Michigan

Certified free of gypsy moth egg masses
